Our patio is available for private events and parties after normal business hours.​​​

• $200 per hour, minimum 2 hours required

• Patio space only, subject to availability

• Available Monday - Wednesday after 3pm

• Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday after 6pm

• Full amount due at time of booking.

• Any outside vendors must have their own certificate of insurance and provide their own equipment/refrigeration, etc.

 

Reservation Includes:

• 6 x 4-top rectangular tables (30" x 42")

• 3 x 3-top circular tables (36" round)

• 2x 2-top rectangular tables (24" x 30")

• 40  Seats via cafe chairs and benches

• 1-2 Staff to assist

 

Additional services:

• Coffee and tea bar can remain open (by appointment only) a la carte

  • Our baristas will gladly serve your guests teas, coffees, champagne, or mimosas as a cash bar or on a tab.

• Pastries must be pre-ordered 7 days in advance - contact for quote

• Catering available from local restaurants - American Grub, Chaak, Roma D' Italia, Centro...

• $100 one time corkage fee for outside alcohol
