Thank you for booking an Afternoon Tea service with us! Our tea service is specifically catered and all food is made fresh. Please be mindful of our policies below when booking our tea service. We may need to contact you about your reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are entered correctly.
Afternoon Tea Policies
Confirmation
We would appreciate confirmation of your reservation no later than 48 hrs prior to the date of service. Any reservations that do not confirm will be automatically canceled.
Guest Counts
If there have been any changes to your guest count, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise, a $20 fee will be applied for each missing guest on your date of service with your final bill.
Cancellation
Our grace period is 30 minutes from the start of tea service. After 30 minutes, we will cancel your reservation and charge your card on file a nonrefundable $50 fee.
