Do you require reservations?
If you are looking to just come into the cafe for teas, coffees, and pastries from the counter, we do not require reservations. If you would like to participate in the Afternoon Tea Service available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we do require reservations. Visit our Yelp page to check availability and make a reservation.
Do you take reservations for weekdays?
We only offer Afternoon Tea Service Fridays thru Sunday, but you can join us in the cafe anytime during the week. Seating for Afternoon Tea is reserved on the patio, but all other tables inside and outside the patio are first come, first serve. We offer the cutest (and delicious) selection of milk teas, coffees, pastries, and more direct from the order counter! Please note that occasionally, inclement weather may move Afternoon Tea services indoor.
When do you have Afternoon Tea Service?
Saturdays and Sundays on select dates between January and November at 3 tea times: 1st: 10am, 2nd: 12:30pm or 3rd: 3pm. Friday tea service is available at 2 tea times: 1st: 12:30pm and 2nd: 3pm.
How long is each Afternoon Tea Service reservation?
Each Tea time is 2 hours long and ONLY during these designated times:
1st: 10am - 12pm,
2nd: 12:30pm - 2:30pm and
3rd: 3pm - 5pm
What are your health and saftey modifications?
We have reduced the number of available tables to maintain a safe social distance. Employees are all fully vaccinated and thoroughly cleaning between services. Masking is optional, but please be mindful of your own health.
How do I make a reservation for Afternoon Tea Service?
Visit our Yelp page to check availability and make a reservation. Please note at credit card is required to reserve.
Do you take Afternoon Tea Service reservations over the phone?
Unfortunately, no. With availability changing quickly, Yelp is your best bet to secure a reservation.
How fast will I get a response via email?
We typically email you back within 2 business days (Monday thru Friday, not including weekends or holidays).
I tried to make a reservation on Yelp but it is not letting me pick the time or date I want.
Reservations are made available 30 days out and booked on a first come, first serve basis at 12am PST (midnight). If your desired date and time is booked, you may enter your name and phone number on Yelp to be notified if a reservation is cancelled. Note, this option is only available on the desktop version of Yelp.com, not mobile.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each week, our tea food is prepared fresh for the weekend's tea services. Therefore, cancellations, double bookings, and party size reductions will incur the following fees. No shows and double bookings on the same day are charged a nonrefundable $50 per reservation. Party size reduction is charged $20 per reduced person. Confirmation texts, emails and phone calls are sent during the week. If you do not confirm your reservation within 48 hours or your tea time, we will automatically cancel and open the spot for someone else. We hold a reservation for up 30 minutes after the start of tea service before considering it a no show.
Does everyone in the party have to participate in the Afternoon Tea Service?
Yes, everyone who is sitting at the table is considered to be part of the Afternoon Tea Service and will be served and charged accordingly. We have adult and kid rates (menu). Kids 6 and under are not required to participate and complimentary, but please include them in your guest count when booking a table.
Do you host private events and/or workshops?
Yes! Please see our private rental page or tea party buyout page for more information. Please keep in mind that the Tea Party Buyout is only available on dates that no other tea reservation has been made. Plan early and email us if you have any questions!
Do you make your pastries in house?
We proudly serve pastries from local bakeries such as Crema Bakery, Black Market Bakery, and M Cakes Sweets. Because of these partnerships, pastries may be sold out at any time on a daily basis.
Do you have any breakfast or lunch menu items?
While we do not offer breakfast or lunch specific items, we carry a variety of breads, croissants, cookies, and donuts on a daily basis.
